No one and no thing can ensure a secured life except heightened awareness of yourself.

The encoded memory within you

It is in this life and the realization in this life which will be carried forward to the next birth as well. So that the changes in a cerebral memory happens so the DNA gets encoded with that information so that that information is carried forward to the next birth. Decoding and encoding is the most significant because something has been learned which has to be decoded in this life and that is not possible without you going through those experiences. So it's okay that you got totally trapped into those maze and that quagmire of your own tendencies. It's absolutely okay, but that time is over. The awakening happens now.

Find happiness in you

You don't need to depend on things and objects to make you feel good, to make you feel happy. Absolutely no! That's when you will just kick this mediocre life out of your life; and lead a better, more fulfilling life. Because fulfilling lives comes with totally doing away with filling life. That's the difference.

Change your perspective of life

Situations are not important. What is important here is the understanding of it. If you have that in you then you can turn anything around for yourself. Anything that really disturbs you outside, the first thing to do is to ‘look within yourself’ that ‘What is it in me that I need to explore about myself?’ You just need to process everything in the right order. Everything will turn out to be ‘best’ in your life, the best. Anything that talks about the future and misses the present, it misses the responsibility, It misses the process of life, and the process is everything. How you are narrating ‘what it is’ is defining your life; that is it.

Take a leap of “Faith”

As long as you are bound, as long as your senses are “bound by the time and space reality”, no truth can be established. You have the possibility of massive change right now. You can make a change. And as the old patterns, as the belief system is shattered, there’ll be a new birth; there'll be a new life. So what you need is perspective. Perspective will change your belief. If there is no change in the perspective, the very prospect of life will be illusionary, from where you have operated, thinking that it was a belief that was right. So all you need is a bit of perspective, a higher perspective, and that is good enough to take care of you in a most harmonious way, well designed for your life.

The simple ‘law’ to make progress

If you are going through a time when everything around you feels really, really disconcerting to you, it is absolutely okay to be in that specific situation—why?—because it exposes you, the person who you are, exposes your vulnerability. And this is what ‘exactly’ you need to become. You need to become ‘actually vulnerable’. You don't need to become confident about what you want to achieve, absolutely no. The more you are able to expose yourself, the more you are able to be tenacious with your vulnerability, the more progress you will make. This is the simple ‘law’. The more tenacious you are with your vulnerability, the more progressive you will become. As simple as that.

How to grow out of the situation

It is much easier said than done; that's true. But the only way you can ensure that you can grow out of the situation is by behaving yourself better than the situation that you feel buckled under. Absolutely. But that requires expansion of yourself, that awareness, and that doesn't come so easily. It comes with the life experiences.

How to reveal the mystery of universe

If ‘who you are’ is unraveled to you, the entire universe will be revealed to you. But if this universe within us is not explored then the exploration that we want to do, something away from here, will be little—will be just a small one planet somewhere. And that will also be inconsequential.

What could actually change your life - Vision of Life

If ‘these three things’ are taken care of, if it’s not done, then there could be a better life. In fact, these events will turn your life around. The first is to calm down. Calming down—it means that you are behaving better than what has happened; calm down. The second is exhaustive breathing; exhaust yourself and breathe more consciously; seek Divine intervention. Prāṇāyāma is very, very powerful. It can resolve many ‘matters related with emotions and mind’. And third is not to lampoon someone, not to castigate someone—sabotage one’s image because someone has done bad. No! That's not needed.

LIFE: Is it an opportunity, or is it a tragedy?

The glorification of Life comes from just one thing - to do what is needed to resolve all that matters in this life through this body. Because if you don't understand this, this will carry forward. We should not be under the impression that whatever we do in life at the end of it we will get moksha or salvation. No! A demon cannot turn into an angel just because the body drops, the body is buried or cremated.

How to deal with progression

All the challenges that you see in the world today has happened because we are not able to deal with this progression. There are three things that we can do the first thing is the food intake, second things is how many hours of sleep do we require can actually qualify or disqualify us whether we are going in the right direction or not and thirdly what are the words that we are telling ourselves what kind of narrative do we end up telling ourselves. But that is one aspect of it. You cannot change the thoughts so easily but thoughts will come and go but that cannot bind you, that cannot stick with you. So think better, decide better.

The reality of life

It is only the ‘death’ which can ensure the ‘immortality’—why is it so?—because it is the death of all that you know, of all that you have ever known, will get you alive because the life that you know is not life — is death itself.

An evil act is not an evil act

All that you see in an evil or whatever it is, is far away from the truth. The truth is what we are making out of what is happening to us. What you think is ‘an evil’ could be exactly what is needed for someone else. An evil act could be exactly what one requires at that point in time that becomes the navigation, that becomes the compass to his life direction.

How you are creating your destiny

The only way you can actually bring changes in your life is by changing how you are projecting your narrative because there is a narrative that goes on in your mind, and this narration is everything. This narrative is everything in your life. How you are narrating to what is happening in your life is actually creating your life, creating your future.

Way to reach God

The Supreme Power works, you are the missing one; but that is not for everyone; that happens to one in ‘billion’. But mostly, 99.99% of the population of human beings, we are ‘the lost’; we have to find ourselves, we don't need to find God.

Kingdom of heaven, kingdom of hell

So what you cannot feel and see, it doesn't mean that it doesn't exist. It does exist in a big way. In fact, the only thing that exists is that you cannot see, as simple as that. And all that you see has come from that cannot be seen.

How right things will happen: To you

Everything can be manifested through the right alignment: setting ourself with the right frequency.

What this human life is

This life of yours is of a greater significance once you only understand ‘why you are here for’

The power of mind

As you behave better than the situation that you are in… you are making the best use of your mind and you will have the blessings… if you could only ensure this one thing in your life, all the greatness that you seek right now as I speak these words—are in the making for you. This is the truth. So create a better version of yourself by behaving better each time with every situation.
